We have built various add-on apps designed to augment business processes and simplify business processes.

Safety, Health, Environment (SHEQ)

SHEQ Module ensure that the organisation meets the highest quality standards and that the working conditions are favourable and safe.

It is used to track accidents and incidents, near miss-management – reporting, investigations, route cause analysis, corrective actions and review are all being done in the system using workflow.

Quality Assurance


Sample analysis and grading of manufactured products are done using forms in the system. These forms are capable of carrying out calculations thereby resulting in classifying whether a product has passed or failed the tests.

Plant and Maintenance Module

The Plant and maintenance module contains a set of activities that are necessary to keep machinery, parts and types of equipment in good operating conditions to avoid production stoppage and loss. It is also used for:

Handle all plant and equipment issues and scheduling plant maintenance activities based on time or usage.


Users will be able to clock in plant down times, resulting from factors such as power outages, machine breakdown etc.

Delivery App

The app is mainly used by drivers, when they deliver products to customers, and this eliminates the need for a physical delivery note. This increases visibility into the time taken per delivery journey, further enabling the transport and sales departments to come up with business strategies from an informed view.

Reports enable management to gain information such as analysis of drivers and trucks that have made the most loads in a given period. In addition, management can analyse revenue and costs per truck.

Workshop proces

The workshop process flow helps to make sure that all the processes in the workshop are adhered to and that jobs are done completely and efficiently. The process of ensures that all orders/jobs from clients are correctly done by the workshop and correctly billed by the accounts department.

Production Add-On

This is an Application that was built over and above the capabilities of an ERP system that has been tailored to suit the exact production cycles of a business manufacturing process flow. It was created with the thought in mind that most ERP’s when they create the production module they try to make a one size fits all but ours is tailored to the specific intricacies within the business.

This Application makes the general process and tracking of production seamless, and deduces reports in the ERP system which helps with planning or rectifying any issues that might hinder efficiency.
